Therefore, the tickets ordered may not always be available at the time the order is placed. If the tickets are not available when the order is placed, Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com will make every effort to replace the tickets with comparable seats. Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com will contact the customer regarding the order and offer comparable seats. Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com will not charge the credit card until the substituted tickets are agreed upon by the customer. Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling high demand tickets at a premium and not face value for all sporting, concert, racing and theatre events. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, or any box office, arena, venue or racetrack. All prices quoted by Great Seats Company., Inc./Racedaytickets.com reflect our cost of obtaining premium seating. Any discrepancy on delivered tickets must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All sales are final and no refunds and/or exchanges are available. In the case of postponement and/or change in venue, date or time, the tickets issued by Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com must be exchanged with the original issuing agent or box office. In the case of cancellation, Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com will provide buyer with a full credit less the convenience charge and shipping fees applied to the sale, provided tickets are returned within 7 days. All tickets are shipped via Federal Express and Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com requires signature on all deliveries! All billing addresses will be verified with your credit card company prior to shipping tickets, so you must provide us with the exact address that your billing statements are sent to. Online orders placed after 4:00 pm EST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day. Ticket orders placed within 48 hours of the event may require Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com to provide the customer with an alternate method of delivery such as onsite pick-up, will-call, or private courier.
