How and when will I receive my tickets?Your tickets are only shipped out via Federal Express and Great Seats Company, Inc./Racedaytickets.com require a signature for all packages. Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT Monday thru Friday will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship next business day or if the order is placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Most tickets are available for shipping when the order is placed. Some events (i.e., Nascar tickets) may not ship when you place an order. If that is the case, you will be notified via mail or e-mail of the expected ship date. You cannot purchase an odd amount of tickets when only an even number is available and vice-versa.
