ALLSTATE 400 AT THE BRICKYARD TICKETS
WHERE TO SIT? Don't know where to sit for the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard? Here are some helpful suggestions to keep in mind. *No matter where you sit, you CANNOT see the entire track. Therefore, each grandstand has it benefits and drawbacks. Sitting in the turns (Stand E, Northwest Vista, Northeast Vista, and Southeast Vista) will allow you to see the largest portion of the race. For example, Stand E is largely regarded as the most desirable grandstand at the track. If you sit high enough up, you will be able to see the cars exiting turn 4, coming toward you down the straightaway, and turns 1 and 2. Likewise, if you sit in Northwest Vista, you will be able to see the cars in turns 3 and 4 and the cars racing away from you down the straightaway. *The Paddock grandstand will give you a good view of the start/finish line and the pits. As a rule of thumb, sitting in the double letter rows of this grandstand will keep you in the shaded areas provided by the Paddock Penthouse. This is a good idea for the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard as temperatures are generally in the 80s or 90s for this race. *If you want to be near the pit road entrance, then Stands J or H would be suitable. On the other hand, if you want to be near the pit road exit and closer to the faster qualifying cars' pit areas, then Stands A or B would be the place for you. *Each stand is divided into numbered sections and lettered rows. There is no uniformity through the track as far as seats are labeled. For example, Stands B and E are only labeled with single letter rows, but there are two rows per letter. Most stands begin with single letter rows and go up through double letters. But again, each stand has a different amount of rows. Likewise, the sections numbers vary for each grandstand. If you want more specific details, our sales reps are very knowledgeable on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and can explain the track in better detail. *The penthouses (Paddock, A, B, and E) are not actual penthouses. They are just normal grandstand seats. They offer a better view of the track as they are higher up in the stands. The best seats in these grandstands are in row A. Here, you have no one sitting in front of you and you have plenty of leg room. Row B is pretty good, too and the rows usually end at the letter M. *Tower Terrace and Pit Road Terrace will give you the best views of the pits, but will not allow you to see much of the track itself. Good area for taking pictures. *Deck seats are available in Northwest Vista, Northeast Vista, Southeast Vista, Southwest Vista, and South Vista grandstands. Decks are the top two rows (rows A and B) of the grandstand and give you the clearest view of the track in that particular area.
